As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Junior Call Support representative. This role provides an exciting opportunity for career growth and to be an integral part of OQPI’s commitment to exceptional customer service. Responsibilities:
  1. Answer and manage incoming customer calls, providing efficient and courteous assistance.
  2. Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and escalate complex problems to senior support staff when necessary.
  3. Provide product information, troubleshooting guidance, and assistance with general queries.
  4. Log and maintain accurate records of customer interactions and details of inquiries in the company’s database.
  5. Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues promptly and ensure a seamless customer experience.
  6. Assist in maintaining a knowledge base of common issues and solutions to enhance overall team efficiency.
  7. Stay informed about product updates, services, and promotions to effectively communicate with customers.
  8. Work collaboratively with the customer support team to meet and exceed service level agreements.
  9. Follow established call scripts and protocols to ensure consistency in customer interactions.
  10. Continuously seek opportunities for improvement in customer support processes and contribute ideas for enhancing customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
  1. High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in customer service is a plus.
  2. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  3. Customer-focused attitude with a genuine desire to assist and support customers.
  4. Ability to handle high call volumes and remain calm under pressure.
  5. Basic computer skills and familiarity with customer support software.
  6. Quick learner with the ability to understand and communicate technical information.
  7. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  8. Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  9. Previous customer service experience is advantageous.
  10. Enthusiastic and positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow in the role.
